Job Description
The Duties for the position include:
- Leading a team of qualified professionals including Accounting, Finance and Administrative Assistants
- Developing business plans, marketing and policies
- Overseeing office requirements, recruitment, transportation, utilities, administrative needs, maintenance and IT systems
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, have strong initiative and achieve goals
- Excellent computer skills, including up-to-date accounting software, preferably QuickBooks and Management Information Systems (MIS)
Jobs Requirement
- MBA or CPA; will consider an experienced applicant with other relevant qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with an understanding of management and business practices
