Vacancy Type:IT Business Analyst Work Experience:2-5 Age: The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and performing needs assessment and requirements definition along with functional analysis of our software solution and its applicability to current client needs and requests.? This person will also act as a project manager in holding software development staff accountable for providing timely software modifications and completed code along with system enhancements.? This position reports to the Programming Manager.? These skills should include experience in budgeting, forecasting (short or long term), variance analysis, ad hoc, and any type of exposure to modeling. DUTIES : - Define client needs and functional requirements of software system - Able to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor - Will interact with technical staff, engagement managers, and non-technical personnel - Maintain design documentation for a changing code environment - Define and document clear and complete detailed business requirements and functional specifications - Develop and assist with executing plans for system, regression, performance and user acceptance testing - Assist with training programs for new and enhanced applications - Identify, document and assist with the implementation of process improvements - Document and track issues and resolution using the company’s helpdesk software - Provide weekly status on project milestones, alerting business user/?management of any potential delays

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.? - Must have business analyst or software analyst experience - Must have experience working in a professional, full life cycle software environment - Must have solid knowledge of software functional analysis - Must be able to motivate others and work well with both technical staff - Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS is a plus - Experience with building web applications - Programming or Software Applications/?Development background is required - Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.? - Proven ability to meet tight deadlines EDUCATION AND/?OR EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 2-5 years experience - Intermediate level knowledge of MS Project and MS Office - Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required
