| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:Age: Start date: ASAP The Role The purpose and remit of the Sales Manager role includes: o Recruit and lead a sales and pre sales teams selling Unified Messaging solutions services ready for their planned expansion into Cambodia in 2010. o Must have Reseller and Channel recruitment experience, maximizing the sell through of product and services. o Sales Management experience either leading a small sales team or a focused vertical sales team in a larger company. o Sales Strategy is being executed in line with company plans and that commercially sales are profitable in line with company profit margin targets. o Ensure that the team build a sales pipeline of new business opportunities that will ensure that the team target will be met for the year. The Candidate The Sales Manager skills and experience required for this role: o Proven track record in channel/reseller Telecomm products and services with successful experience in managing and recruiting a sales and pre sales team. o Experience is essential the candidate must have sold Unified Messaging solutions including: integrated SMS(Short Message Service) and MMS (Multimedia Message Services), additionally experience with the potential integration of real-time communication services such as instant messaging (chat), IP telephony, and Video Conferencing would be an advantage. o Ability to execute the sales strategy, and lead a new business sales team, in Cambodia ensure team identify potential business opportunities, set up appointments at a senior level with potential customers and develop opportunities. o Manage sales Pipeline reporting to Managing Director with accurate forecasts for the business. o Confident and able to communicate and present solutions at Board Level with the ability to negotiate and close sales. o Leadership skills and the will to win, who has excellent motivational and man management skills. o Computer literate, organised, able to prioritize and deliver results. The Reward In return, the Sales Manager will receive an excellent remuneration package including a US$150 - US$350 basic.
