DUTIES : - Supervision and management of Program Coordinators - Strategic and operational project planning - Monitoring and support of the program implementation - Proposal and report writing to donors and relevant stakeholders - Participation in staff development plan and capacity building - Participation in preparation and monitoring of project budgets - Coordination and Communicate with donors and networking with other NGOs and relevant stakeholders

职位要求

	- Bachelor degree in related field (Master degree is a plus) - At least 30 years old - Good interpersonal skill and teambuilding ability, honestly, dependable and trustworthy - At least 3 years work experiences with significant project management - Experiences in proposal and report writing - Analytical and strategic planning skills with ability to work proactively, a self starter - Good writing and speaking English - Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & E-mail) - Willingness to travel frequently to the target projects - Knowledge of financial management

Mlup Baitong, literally translated as “green shade”, is a dynamic and respected Cambodian NGO. It was first established in 1998 to address the problem of deforestation in Cambodia with a focus on educating the general public awareness on conservation of natural resources, community based ecotourism and community livelyhood improvement.
