Vacancy Type:Church Mobilization Project Coordinator Work Experience: Age: Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SPIR) is a nonprofit, nondenominational, evangelical Christian Organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. We are seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Church Mobilization Project Coordinator base in Phnom Penh. PURPOSE The Church Mobilization Project (CMP) Project Coordinator for Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SP) is responsible in overseeing the CMP, and to ensure all program activities and objectives are being achieved within the allocated timeframe. - Lead and manage CMP including project planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, and financial management - Ensure all activities are completed following the project timeline and achieving the project purpose - Oversee church volunteers and conduct HIV/AIDS trainings lessons - Identify and develop new curriculums and resources relevant to the project. Prepare training materials, lessons and organize training schedules - Manage the project budget, including producing regular Field Expense Reports - Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with churches, partners and government sectors - Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of the project with regular field visits to follow up church action plans - Oversee benevolence grants provided to churches for the implementation of their action plans - Continue building relationships with churches, and assist them where possible to implement lessons learnt during their training - Ensure the church is actively involved in spreading the message of HIV/AIDS prevention and involved in the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS within the whole community - Responsible for completing monthly and annual project reports to the manager

- Must be a strong Christian and used to being involved with church ministries - Understand about and compassion for HIV/AIDS issues - Strong project management skills and understand community development concepts - Skilled in training groups, public speaking and small group facilitation - Experience in and ability to motivate others to action - Know how to provide counseling or advice to PLHIV - Willingness to work in other provinces if required and travel to other project locations as needed - Creative and flexible person who can work well under pressure - Ability to read and write Khmer and English, and especially good in English comprehension - Experienced in MS Word and MS Excel
