Church Mobilization Project Coordinator

Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SPIR) is a nonprofit, nondenominational, evangelical Christian Organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. We are seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Church Mobilization Project Coordinator base in Phnom Penh.

PURPOSE

The Church Mobilization Project (CMP) Project Coordinator for Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SP) is responsible in overseeing the CMP, and to ensure all program activities and objectives are being achieved within the allocated timeframe.

- Lead and manage CMP including project planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, and financial management
- Ensure all activities are completed following the project timeline and achieving the project purpose
- Oversee church volunteers and conduct HIV/AIDS trainings lessons
- Identify and develop new curriculums and resources relevant to the project. Prepare training materials, lessons and organize training schedules
- Manage the project budget, including producing regular Field Expense Reports
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationship with churches, partners and government sectors
- Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of the project with regular field visits to follow up church action plans
- Oversee benevolence grants provided to churches for the implementation of their action plans
- Continue building relationships with churches, and assist them where possible to implement lessons learnt during their training
- Ensure the church is actively involved in spreading the message of HIV/AIDS prevention and involved in the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS within the whole community
- Responsible for completing monthly and annual project reports to the manager
