Job Description

- Cambodian national, Female only
- Work on E-visa- Manager for Photo Edition, Online Chit Chat, and so forth to improve E-visa understanding of customers.
- Build network and connection with travel agencies (both internal & external) to promote E-visa to visitors and travelers to Cambodia.
- Handle with requests related to CINet.
- Coordinate with Green ICT for technical support to ensure E-visa server, and system run smoothly.
- Coordinate with MOFA Team to reduce and handle with customers’ complaints and deal with customers’ queries.
- Coordinate with immigrant officers to improve E-visa operations to customers at each entrance.
- Coordinate with the related partners to ensure reduction in system errors.
- Make sure question and answer on E-visa system are replied on time.
- Provide training and development for your own staff.
- Supervise and provide guidance to team members regarding the commitment of works assigned.
- Participate in the organization's policy development, if necessary.
- Participate and contribute knowledge and experience to build team capacity.

Jobs Requirement

- At least bachelor degree in business, management or related field.
- At least 3 years professional working experience in management field.
- Good computer literacy.
- Good English.
- Ability to energize and develop people.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to interact with people from varied cultural backgrounds.
