	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: - For Samrong/Bati branch based in Bati District, Takeo Province The Branch MIS Encoder maintains regular contact with the management and staff of the branch office, particularly the Credit Manager, Credit Agents, the Cashier/Bookkeeper, and the MIS staff of the HO as well. The Branch MIS Encoder will be under supervision of the Branch Manager, and shall maintain the branch''''s management information system (MIS) for efficient and effective implementation of field financial operations and computerization requirements of the office. DUTIES : - Prepare and analysis of field operations reports using the required MIS format; - Maintenance and upkeep of the software as well as the computer machine; - Act as Recorders and Communication Officer of the branch; - Handling the all aspect of IT for the branch; and - Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

职位要求

	- At least university degree of accounting / finance fields - Sound understanding of computer literature (Ms. Office, Internet &Email, etc) - Good command of English literacy both written & spoken - Preferably with a minimum of 1 year computer experience in a microfinance institution - Typing/encoding speed and accuracy of at least 40 words per minute and 80% accuracy - Monitoring and evaluation skills - Commitment to help the poor - Honest and hardworking; and - Ability to work with minimum supervision
