	Vacancy Type:Research Executive Work Experience: Age: - Research Executive - 1 Position (5 months Contract) - Supporting Research Design – Support the Head of Research and Research Manager in designing studies and be responsible for drafting research instruments - Study Implementation and Data Collection – Liaison with agencies and fieldworkers responsible for study implementation and data collection and quality assurance in the field. Moderate focus groups and conduct in-depth interviews - Analysis – Support development of analysis plans and specifications. Conduct analyses of data using Atlas and SPSS. (In-house training in data analysis software skills will be provided as necessary.) - Report and Findings Presentation – Draft PowerPoint presentations and write reports in English. Present findings to production teams and project management

职位要求

	- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research - Experience in moderating focus group discussions - Field survey experience, including experience in leading research team - Good Computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SPSS - Good written and verbal English - Bachelor degree in a related field - Knowledge of research methodology - Presentation and report writing skills - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a good sense of team work - Ability to meet tight deadlines - Knowledge about any of these areas: governance, health, education/livelihoods, and climate change is an advantage
