Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: Terrasse des Elephants, hotel and restaurant Siem Reap a 17 rooms hotel property with a 150 seats Khmer and Western Restaurant ( www.terrasse-des-elephants.com). - To ensure that customer service expectations are constantly exceeded and to lead a team of 20 people - Agree and implement actions to continuously improve the guest experience - Ensure customer request are responded promptly and efficiently - Clear strategy for the Restaurant operation which all employees are aware of - Communication with all areas is clear, consistent and transparent - Communication with travel agents - Food cost motivated
