工作描述

Vacancy Type:Agriculture, Educate/Train/Teaching Work Experience:5-10 Age: - Design and implement programs related to water access and farmers training - For water access: - Manage and monitor activities related to water access - Coordinate the procurement and delivery of small irrigation systems - Organize farmers for the maintenance and use of small irrigation systems - For training activities: - Organise ToT - Select training topics - Prepare technical documents, training materials content and curriculum - Plan training activities to reach project outputs - Ensure training logistics organization and administrative procedures - Participate to monthly meetings, write monthly reports - Assist Project Manager in performing tasks - Ensure visibility of his/her component

职位要求

	- Proven record of at least 10 years in agriculture project management and at least 5 years of trainer work - Master degree in agriculture or related discipline Proficiency in computer and knowledge of English language - Ability to work autonomously
