工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: The Vehicle Fleet Assistant (VFA) will be responsible to oversee the work activities of field and office drivers, to ensure compliance with MAG policy and will provide assistance to the Vehicle Fleet Officer for all vehicle fleet matters within the region. VFA is expected to spend at least 60% of his/her time in the field ensuring that any faults are rectified and recorded and reporting all faults to the Vehicle Fleet Officer for further action.

	1. High School diploma or Relevant University Degree; A minimum of 3 years experience in monitoring Vehicle Fleet in desirable; Detailed understanding of vehicle fleet movement procedures; 2. Knowledge of mechanic 3. Experiences in management and supervision of staff; 4. Commitment to the guiding principles of MAG; Speaking and understanding English language; 5. Possess 4WD driving license with at least two years driving experience 6. Good record keeping skills; Problem solving approach 7. Willing to travel and stay in the field regularly; Good health and eyesight; Honesty and reliability
