Job Description

- Coordinates all technical activities dedicated to the microwave network planning, network performance optimization and network extension, following the aim, to provide the best quality of the network performance.
- Coordinates the process of network planning and optimization, including traffic measurement for all interfaces.
- Responsible for coordination and execution of technical policies and programs related to the support of uninterruptible service of the network with best performance.
Develops and uses special software tools for statistics analysis
- Planning of network configurations, based on the operator radio network plan
Preparation of periodical network performance reports

Jobs Requirement

- Digital telecommunication & IT field knowledge
- 2-3 years experience operation and maintenance in Switches and radio experience
- Possess knowledge in SDH, IP networks and features
- High level of experience in radio issues in interference etc. and frequency planning
- High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project and Internet
- Fluent in Khmer and decent English both spoken and written
