- University student majoring in Psychology. sociology, agriculture and social development
- Good in Khmer and English both written and spoken is advantage
- Have knowledge of Child Protection Policy is recommended
- Be able to use Word, Excel, Internet and E-mail
- Willing to work in group
- Good communication, get along well with youth and community
- Have related experience in working with youth and high responsibility
- Be able to work closely with youth at every weekends

ORGANIZATION INFORMATION
CHILDREN SUPPORT FOUNDATION (CSF) is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization which was established in December 2001 and has been operating for more than 8 years. CSF focuses mainly on advocacy, prevention and protection of the vulnerable children through promoting child rights, raising awareness on HIV/AIDS and basic health care education, vocational training and scholarships for the children and young people, supporting small credit to business development for the vulnerable families, and youth programs.
CSF has been operating its program successfully with the fund support from different development agencies and business sectors in Cambodia. At this stage, CSF has a shortfall of budget to continue the ongoing program, especially for child tracking, child and drug abuse, education well as HIV/AIDS awareness rising among indigenous children, youth and their communities.
CSF has experienced in the field of CESC, Rape, Child labor, UNCRC, Drugs abuse, HIV/AIDS infection and prevention, non-formal education, safe migration and Gender awareness raising. CSF operates in Ratanakiri, Kandal, Banteay Meanchey, Takeo, Kampong Speu and Phnom Penh. The organization cooperates and works with thousands of children and young people from different background, NGOs, school teachers and government officials and local authorities in each province and city.
CSF has been able to operate their program under the strong partnership support and funding from UNESCO, World Bank, World Vision-Cambodia, Child Rights Foundation, Plan-International Cambodia through NGOCRC, Forum Syd, USAID through TAF cooperation with Gad/c, USAID through TAF, USAID through Pact-Cambodia, UNFPA, SCN, CWS-C, Anesvad and Intervida through ECPAT-Cambodia, novib through Oxfam GB, Action Aid International-Cambodia and GCE working group in Cambodia.
CSF has comprehensive internal control and risk management system to manage all resources and program including admin, finance and staff policies. The management systems assure the accountability and transparency to donors, beneficiaries and organization and stakeholders. CSF opens for communications and negotiation for donor’s requirements and guidelines.

CSF would like to meet children and youth smiling, who escape from abuse and reach the full rights in advocating for society development and self-development in time and the future.

“The mission of CSF is to strengthen the basic rights of vulnerable children and young people to live with dignity in Cambodian society”.
CSF strives to fulfill this mission through education projects, health care support, preventing abuse and exploitation in partnership with other NGOs and Government authorities.

We believe in working together to safeguard the equity of all Cambodian children and their fundamental rights. We strongly believe that it is essential for networking to collaborate and cooperate with each other from national to community level in order to strengthen our voice in fighting child abuse and exploitation in Cambodia. Collaborating with each other is critical in order to increase our effectiveness, help us accumulate more resources, knowledge and the sharing of relevant information in our work to protect children.
