Job Description

- Handling phone calls

- Attending to walk in customers

- Screening phone calls and taking messages

- To handle general office administrative work such as office supplies and upkeep of office equipments include fax and photocopier.

- To undertake additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management.

Jobs Requirement

- Minimum 2 years working in Hotel industry.

- Fluent spoken and written English is essential. An ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage, required to liaise with chinese speaking customers.

- Pleasant and cheerful disposition with good interpersonal skills.

- Bubbly and an independent worker

- Meticulous

- Software skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be an added advantage)

- Graduated candidates have more competitive among who still on school.
