工作描述

Vacancy Type:Matainance Mechanic/Chief of Housekeeping Work Experience:2 Age:20 351. Perform light maintenance on all appliances. 2. Perform light electrical repairs, plumbing work, and carpentry work. 3. Assist in custodial work & grounds work. 4. Refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy. 5. Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, refurbishing, annual inspections, and inventories. 6. Supervisor for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance of the communities. 7. Participate in emergency stand-by schedule for evening, weekend & holiday coverage 8. Perform other duties assigned by Deputy Manager.

职位要求

1. Male only. 2. At least high school but Hold bachelor degree/training in Electrical engineering is an asset. 3. Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Training in some or all of the areas a plus: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, a/c, & appliance repair. 4. can speak English is an advantage 5. Hold bachelor degree in Electrical engineering is an advantage 6. Honest, diligent and hard-working, flexible, intellect, well organization. 7. Computer Literacy (Ms word, Ms Excel, Ms power point .etc) 8. Good communication skills.
