Vacancy Type:Work Experience:Age: The Key Account Manager will be reporting to Head of Customer Account Team. He/She is the contact point/interface for all commercial issues with the customer and also co-ordinate inside Alcatel-Lucent the commercial actions towards the customer, including technical support from Bids & Proposals, Solution & Marketing, Finance, etc. - Generate business with new and existing telecommunications operators, service providers and related potential customers, to maximize spend on Alcatel-Lucent products and services through a thorough understanding of the business drivers for these markets - Segment and prioritize the market opportunities - Develop and implement approved Account Plans to deliver on qualified and quantified opportunities. Meet or exceed sales and order targets set in the Account Plans - Develop and nurture customer relationships on an ongoing basis and present one face to the customer during the entire sales process - Understand and communicate Alcatel-Lucent's vision – proposition and products – to ensure delivery of integrated solutions - Interface with team of solution and marketing and products line to deliver integrated solutions. Fully engage them to establish the required programs and materials needed to support the sales effort - Orchestrate and manage a core team and a virtual team of tendering managers, consultants and product marketing managers. Ensure the account teams mapping of the customer’s centers of influence. Build affective teams committed t to Alcatel-Lucent success - Be responsible for customer satisfaction |
- Bachelor / master degree in telecommunication or IT or marketing or sales. MBA degree is an asset - Having at least 3-5 years sales experience in Telecom/IT business, preferably in multi-national company - Special knowledge in Telecom Market in Cambodia - Strong Knowledge on GSM/Switching/Optical Transmission - Oversea education or international experience is an advantage - Excellent command of English both speaking and writing - Competent in using Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Proactive, Systematic, Well-organized, team player - Good Team Work and having Coordination skill - Pleasant, Energetic, Customer oriented, good listener - Fast learning and are willing to work hard.
