	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:No Age: VTRUST PROPERTY CO., LTD is a leading real estate service company that provides Serviced Apartment, Serviced Office Space, Property Development and Valuation. To meet our business growth, we are looking for a qualified candidate to hold the position of Receptionist: two candidates (One for daytime and one nighttimes) PURPOSE OF JOB: Provide effective Customer Service to customer to make sure customers are satisfied with our services. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greeting customers both internal and external customers - Receiving in coming call for apartment inquiry, get back/settle the complaint from internal customer - Provide/introduction service apartment information to customer - Managing the admin work: invoice distribution to customers - Supervise its apartment cleaners - Record all the walk-in customers - Record monthly usage of utilities
