Job Description

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: HIB is urgently seeking a qualified and motivated Cambodian national for the position of Mine Action Programme Manager Base in Phnom Penh with frequent travel (nationally). OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION : Ensure operational oversight, coordination and implementation of the pro-active Battle Area Clearance and the Explosive Remnants of War Risk Reduction (ERWRR) projects in line with Handicap International mine action strategy. DUTIES : - Develop implementation plans and support managers in the execution of these plans - Monitor the performance of HI-B mine action projects - Support and supervise approximately 7 national staff - Lead the development of new project proposals - Coordinate with logistics, human resources and finance departments - Responsible for budget monitoring, financial management and expenses control - Ensure proper and timely financial and narrative reporting - Maintain positive relationships with project partners and other stakeholders

Job Requirements
