Job Description

	Vacancy Type:Investigator, Law, Communication Work Experience:1 Age: International Justice Mission (IJM) is seeking two experienced investigators to serve in Siem Reap. The Investigators will be responsible for ensuring the field office’s success in achieving its goals of rescuing victims of child sexual abuse by collaboration with police and other law enforcement and NGO partners. Qualified candidates will have experience in investigation work. - Work with Director of Investigations to develop effective strategies and tactics to identify victims of sex trafficking and ensure that necessary evidence is gathered to charge and prosecute the perpetrators - Collaborate with local law enforcement for the safe and successful removal of victims from various multiple locations where they have been sexually exploited - Ensure confidential identity as an Investigator and use extreme discernment in all circumstances - Conduct surveillance and work with investigations team to document investigations and prepare reports for the case management system and local law enforcement and justice officials - Maintain audio and video surveillance equipment - Testify in court trials when required

	- Fluency in oral communication in English and Khmer - Fluency in written communication in English and Khmer preferred - At least 1 year experience in investigation preferred - Emotionally mature; no criminal record - Willing to work under hazardous situations - Licensed and able to drive four-wheeled vehicle - Computer literacy preferred - Strong leadership skills; excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently - Mature orthodox Christian faith as defined by the Apostles’ Creed - Meticulous attention to detail; disciplined with priorities - Personable; sustained positive attitude - Patient; works well under stress - Professionalism in demeanor - Ability to achieve goals in a cross-cultural setting - Disciplined to work from the organization’s strategic goals - Effective as a team player and leader - Evident passion to help people suffering injustice and oppression HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates please submit applications no later than 5:00 P.M on December 04th, 2009 via email address below.
