Vacancy Type:Computer - General, Business Administration, Computer - ProgrammingWork Experience:3Age: The Economic and Social Relaunch of the Northwest Provinces (ECOSORN) is an European Commission funded project (FA No. 16793 – KHM/AIDCO/2004/16793) executed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Project in 3 target provinces (Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Battambang) and a coordination office in Phnom Penh. DUTIES : IT WORK : - Maintain and small repair of telephones, fax, servers, computers, printers and networks - Maintain servers in the 3 provinces SRP, BTB and BMC and check the backup process - Create user and e-mail account for new staff and provide introduction and support about network, e-mail and computer issues - Maintain the ECOSORN e-mail box hosting on the ECOSORN website M&E DATABASE SYSTEM WORK : - Maintain M&E Database synchronization and work close with M&E team in the 3 provinces to ensure proper connection, and exchange any information related to M&E system issues - Create username and password of M&E database and instruct the new staff for the right connection and security of M&E database - Maintain remote access from other ECOSORN Project offices to SR office for the effective tool of communication and database update - Provide support to contractors on networking and M&E database ADMINISTRATIVE WORK : - Assist to organize and facilitate meeting, workshop and training - Facilitate and consolidate main reports of the Project included OPEs - Make local purpose of materials and equipment if need - Produce ECOSORN Greeting card for the event of both International and Khmer New Year - Maintenance offices and all equipments |
- Graduate in business administration and IT - A minimum of 3 years of working experiences in IT and administration preferably with funded projects - Must have a good working knowledge of the English language, and good communication skills in both Khmer and English - Fluency in Khmer (speaking and writing) - Must be a Cambodian national - Solid computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint) - Previous donor funded project experience HOW TO APPLY : Cambodian national are strictly to apply.
