Organize a consultation meeting with key staff, management and Executive Committee of the BC. - Present first draft of annual report to BC staff and in-cooperate the comments into the report and finalize the report. - Final report and attachments should be submitted in English and Khmer

	- Relevant post graduate background; - Relevant work experience in the field of program and report writing. - Sensitivity to and knowledge of MSM and STI/HIV/AIDS issues in Cambodia; - Knowledge and experience of Cambodian HIV/AIDS situation and MSM. - Experience in management and good organizational skills; - Good analytical skills; - Excellent report writing skills in English HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates are requested to submit a cover letter, a detailed CV and a clear action plan to develop the annual report and send to below. Bandanh Chaktomuk (BC) is the national Men who have Sex with Men (MSM) Network established on June 2006 by organization working on MSM issues. The vision of the BC is for all people in Cambodia to acknowledge the value of MSM with respect to human rights, livelihood without discrimination and stigma, and increased access to MSM-friendly health care services. Its mission is to promote a strong and effective national network.
