Job Description

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: The tasks of the consultant include as followings: - Review all documents including project financial statement and project reports. Organize a consultation meeting with key staff, management and Executive Committee of the BC. - Present first draft of annual report to BC staff and in-cooperate the comments into the report and finalize the report. - Final report and attachments should be submitted in English and Khmer

	- Relevant post graduate background; - Relevant work experience in the field of program and report writing. - Sensitivity to and knowledge of MSM and STI/HIV/AIDS issues in Cambodia; - Knowledge and experience of Cambodian HIV/AIDS situation and MSM. - Experience in management and good organizational skills; - Good analytical skills; - Excellent report writing skills in English HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates are requested to submit a cover letter, a detailed CV and a clear action plan to develop the annual report and send to below.
