Vacancy Type:Customer Service/SupportWork Experience:1Age:30 Below Grand Dragon Holding Co Ltd, a Resort Hotel with lives & online gaming and facilities is looking for qualified staff to join the team base in Kandal Province. DUTIES : - Report to customer service department manager / financial controller on all operation works - Submit daily reports - Attend to customer service hotlines via telephone or internet online - Resolve customer’s request or problem - Liaise closely with IT department with regard to customer database information supply - Account reconciliation with customers - Prepare payment/to receipt from customers - Record daily log book - Carry out other duties as instructed by Superiors |
- Cambodian male/ female below 30 years of age - Bachelor degree in marketing or related fields - At least 1-year experience in customer service or related fields - Good command of English or Chinese (Both speaking and writing)or onw foreign language - Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office is a must - Flexible, willing to learn new skills and team work - Honest, high commitment, ethic, and pleasant personality - Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills - Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline - Be able to work rotating shift, under pressure with less supervision and good time management |
