	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age: M'Lop Tapang is a Cambodian NGO, registered with Royal Government of Cambodia and has been working with the street children and their families since 2003 in the Preah Sihanouk Province providing shelter, medical care, sports and arts, education and training, counseling, family support and protection from all types of abuse. M'Lop Tapang is opening a new training restaurant (named Sandan) for youth in Sihanoukville in cooperation with Friends International, providing different skills to young people. We’re looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Service Trainer (1 post). Responsibilities: Operational Responsibility: ? Dinning Room Operation ? Ensure dining room is clean and properly set ? Ensure all students are present, properly dressed, and groomed ? Ensure all students are properly trained to greet and seat guests ? To take orders and submit them to the kitchen ? To deliver food and beverages to guests ? To deliver the bill and to take payment and return change/credit cards and receipts ? Catering Operations o Monitoring catering orders, ensure on-time preparation and delivery Financial Responsibility: ? Occasionally substitute as restaurant cashier Human Resources Responsibilities: ? Supervise and train all restaurant students Communication Responsibilities: ? Represent the restaurant business professionally when working with other business or organizations. ? Meet tour groups.. ? Dealing with customer complains

	? Cambodian Nationality ? Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Restaurant management ? Minimum of 3 years working in a busy local and international restaurant and managing and training of staff or students ? Possess good management skills ? Knowledge of Ms-Excel, Ms-Word and Ms-Power Point and e-mail ? Good communication and interpersonal skills. ? Good People skills. ? Good level of English spoken and written is mandatory ? Knowledge of any other language is a definite bonus ? Must honest, reliable, flexible, willing to work at weekends and holidays & willing to learn ? Must be a positive role model to students and have willingness to offer positive opportunities for former street youth.
