	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3-5 Age:25 35I. Human Resources Management -Coordinate human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers -Coordinate with internal and external training and recruitment activities -Coordinate and implement labour relations policies and procedures -Administer employee development, training and health and safety programs -Coordinate with managers and employee for performance appraisal reviews -Advise and assist other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of Human Resources policies and programs -Coordinate employment policy, benefits and compensation such as provident fund, insurances, education assistant, and other benefit packages II. Administration -Maintaining office systems, supplies, suppliers, files, smooth running, computers; -Provide support to administrative tasks, leave administration, purchasing, logistics, office security and driver(s)

-Provide support to administrative tasks, leave administration, purchasing, logistics, office security and driver(s)

职位要求

	-Cambodia nationality -A bachelor's degree in HR/Admin management or related filed -3-5 years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource specialist are required. - Fluency in English (Be able in Chinese is advantage) -Computer skills: Word, Excel, Email, internet -Interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills -Self-motivated, result-oriented, independent thinkers, and willing to work under team environment -Good knowledge in Cambodian labour laws
