| 1. ENTREPRENEUR LIFE - PROGRAM COORDINATOR (Full-Time Position) Entrepreneur Life is an apprenticeship-styled professional and personal development program focused on equipping and developing young entrepreneurs in Cambodia to start the new business of their dreams. Entrepreneur Life is a program founded on Christian values, principles and ethics – with a strong focus on practical and real-life skills relevant to young entrepreneurs/business owners in the start-up and early stages of business growth. Future Now Cambodia has successfully provided this unique training program in Cambodia since 2010, with approx. 20 young entrepreneurs having enrolled in the program each year to date. Date of commencement of duties: Commencement is 1 March 2012. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing and Promotion of Entrepreneur Life Program and related services - Undertake strategic marketing and sales activities relating to the promotion of Entrepreneur Life program. - Attendance at and coordination of Entrepreneur Life (EL) Information Sessions. - Maintaining networks, contacts and pro-actively communicating the EL Program benefits and objectives to all interested parties. - Initiate and process customer transactions / sales according to FNC Sales policies. - Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for customer relations activities. 2. Coordination of all Entrepreneur Life Training: - Provide assistance during EL program training sessions – facilitating group discussions, helping individuals with learning and growth, acting in the role of assistant trainer for specific parts of training sessions (under supervision/with support of the Program Director) when requested. - Fulfill the role of Khmer interpreter / translator when requested within training and/or individual coaching sessions #11, St.420 Beoung Trabek, Phnom Penh, Cambodia www.futurenowcambodia.com Business Coaching I Training I Leadership Development - Coordinate the full EL Program schedule of training events – contacting and organizing key speakers/trainers for each training session, informing students, collecting and recording attendance records and undertaking other administrative tasks. - Oversee the organization and setting up of the training session venue arrangements: ensure the venue is organized and all practical facilities are in order and acceptable for training purposes. 3. Coordinate all Program Competency Assessments: - Assist with review and assessment of individual student competencies according to the EL Program Competency Assessment Plan. - Oversee the organization and collection of student documentation and competency assessment submissions – maintaining a thorough and tidy filing system as per FNC company requirements. - Organize EL Program celebration dinner events, arranging the hand out of competency assessments and attendance certificates to students. 4.
