工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: 1. Technical Support Officer (urgent) - Technical support of customers, troubleshooting - Management team - Work closely with engineer team to maintain and facilitate customer in good service - Other task related with technical supporting 2. Electrical Technician/ Cabling Technician- Cable laying - Install electrical boxes and network equipment, connect electric power - Maintenance network equipment - Create the current schemes and reports

职位要求

1. Technical Support Officer (urgent) - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering preferred - Minimum of two years experience in a Network broadband LAN, WAN - At least CCNA3 ( able to configure VLAN, VTP, Trunk, ACL, IOS...etc) - IP routing (RIP, OSPF, NAT, PAT, ACL, Firewall...etc ) - Unix (Linux, Cent OS) operating systems administration, Shell Script - NMS and monitoring tool understanding - Troubleshooting and problem resolution (both hardware and software) - Ability to analyze and fix problem - Able to draw and design scheme - Able to work at night ( if need ) 2. Electrical Technician/ Cabling Technician - High School or Bachelor degree - At least 1 year experience - Good knowledge of accident preventions - Good commend of spoken English - Good management skill
