	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: 1. Assist the Victim Protection Project Manager in establishing effective partnerships with external agencies/organization as well as internal departments for programming work on victim protection. 2. Assist the Victim Protection Project Manager in project design, implementation, monitoring, and review. 3. Assist the Victim Protection Project Manager in ensuring high quality, accurate, and timely reports 4. Coordinate with reintegration officers in GMS countries to manage and maximize the learning opportunity of protection work. 5. Ensure that cases being returned to the project areas are referred to WV, maintain case files of each returnee in a case management system. 6. Provide reintegration support to returnees on a case-by-case basis 7. Provide on-going support to field officers, being available to troubleshoot or provide advice upon request

职位要求

	-Must understand and agree with WV’s vision, mission and core values. -University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any relevant degree. -At least two years previous work and experience working trafficking issues -Proven basic experiences and skills in participating in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting writing, and basic financial management and budget skills and experiences. -Previous experience in counselling, advocacy and networking in an advantage. -Proven ability to manage, motivate and build capacity of staff. -Competent in written English communication. -Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel. -Must be willing to work within a team. -Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites.
