工作描述

	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:2 Age: -Assist the Prevention Project Manager in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation or redesign. -Implement the plan of action as developed with the Prevention Project Manager and Prevention Technical Officer -Upgrade knowledge and skills required for community empowerment, child participation, migrant protection, and local level advocacy. -Build relationships with appropriate government officials, community leaders and members, children and youth in the target areas. -Build capacity to local level target groups and facilitate their active participation and ownership of project activities -Carry out interdependent activities within the ETIP Program.

职位要求

	1. Must understand and agree with WV’s vision, mission and core values. 2. University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or any relevant degree. 3. At least two years previous work and experience working trafficking issues and community mobilization. 4. Proven basic experiences and skills in participating in project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting writing, and basic financial management and budget skills and experiences. 5. Previous experience in provide training, counseling, advocacy and networking in an advantage. 6. Competent in written English communication. 7. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel. 8. Must be willing to work within a team. 9. Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites.
