工作描述

Vacancy Type: Work Experience:4 Age: - To develop and implement sales promotion & activation strategy in line with the overall sales & marketing strategy; - To develop and implement sales promotion strategy with meets the objectives of sales team and consistent with overall Hello marketing objective; - To propose goals and KPIs for promotion development in order to achieve the highest return from the investment; - To establish close working relationships with distributor, dealer & retail shop & other channel (regional, alternative, Enterprise) in order to gain high levels of trade support and loyalty whilst enhancing understanding of the trading environment; - Market Insight: to evaluate and analyze market dynamics, competition, trade channel in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance among Sales Dept; - To lead and development and implementation of sales promotion/retail activation plan in the most effective and efficient manner; - To gather innovative ideas for enhancing trade programs and develop innovative approaches for customer segments; - To provide regular promotion & activation report to ensure that the Head of Trade & Retail and relevant department are fully informed all times; - To manage an efficient and effective activation team through on-the-job training, re-training, motivation and staff development in order that the team is superior to competition in respect of both core and added value services.

职位要求

- Bachelor Degree in Sales- Marketing & Management or equivalent; - At least 4-years experiences in sales & distribution, or marketing experiences both execution and strategic level; - Working knowledge of trade marketing, event management; - Ability to analyze, gather information and develop report; - Ability to work with pressure and flexible working schedules; - Ability to coordinate with inter-related department and vendor; and - Good communication and personal skill.
