| Vacancy Type:Work Experience:3Age: - Responsible for recruitment the employee for Cambodia site, from notification of vacancies to the current induction plan as implement by the induction program. - Advise Managers on training and development requirement/opportunities both internal and external in order that employee meet present and future needs by maximizing the use of employees potential. - Ensure continuity of personnel procedures to ensure as systemised approach to recruitment, selection and development. - Give guidance and assist with the handling of disputes, grievance and disciplinary situation to maintain the smooth running of the factory - To coach, train and appraise subordinate staff to enable them to develop and reach their potential. - Represent the company effectively when liasing with external bodies to project a good image is of the company. - Counsel employees on personal and work issues as required, to insure good employees/employer relationships. - Co-ordinate team briefing for the factory - Maintain personnel record to provide up-to-date information for various external authorities and internal analysis. - To insure that the reception is run effectively ensuring the company's image is enhanced at all times. - Maintain all legally required documentation both for individuals and for the department as a total. - Involvement in meeting appertaining to the general well being of the unit all of the H.R responsibilities. - Produce a monthly report to GM and Director providing labour turnover, absence, training and development and all HR activities within the site. - In addition you take on various project from time to time as directed or suggested by the GM. |
| - Qualified to degree standard with specialist knowledge in Human Resource management. - Empathy with people together with a confident personality. - Strategic understanding of Human Resource management. - In-depth knowledge of Cambodia employment law. - Fluent in English and chines. - String correction. - Experience min.3year of HR manager in factory. - Knowledge of Labor Law clearly - Strongly solve problem, strike |
