	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3 Age:28 40This position is head of a product division which consist of a sales team and a marketing team. The Product Sales & Marketing Manager will report directly to Sales & Marketing Director. Key responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall performance of the division - Develop & oversee sales and distribution plan to maximize distribution coverage - Develop & oversee trade promotional activities - Work with creative agency to develop & implement marketing campaign - Lead, motivate, and train Sales and Marketing teams - Field visit to maintain effective relationship with customers - Provide market information and recommendation to senior management

	- Bachelor degree in field of Management or Marketing - Minimum 3 years experience in Management role in consumer goods, preferably in milk or pharmaceutical industry - Experience with sales and promotional activities in hospitals - Proven leadership skills - Strong and flexible personality - Excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills - Computer (Ms. Office) and English literate

- Bachelor degree in field of Management or Marketing
