- Bachelor degree in Human Resource management, business administration.
- Minimum working 1years or more experiences in hotel industry is the priority.
- Good command of written and spoken both English and Khmer.
- Computer skill (Ms. office, Internet and email)
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law
- Strong leadership, positive attitude, good relationship.
- Ability to solving the problem, negotiation skill, staff counseling and disciplinary action must be taken against those who violated the hotel rule and regulation when necessary.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to conduct the training and produce various training programs for the staff in order to get the job well done.
- Demonstrate high level ethical commitment
- Be able to work long hours and under pressure.
