	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:3-5 Age: Basic Function: - The cost accountant is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to all manufacturing activities. - The cost accountant must also construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management. - The Cost Accountant compares actual costs to estimates and analyzes variances. - The Cost Accountant analyzes and monitors raw material inventory. - The Cost Accountant analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs; this includes product margin reporting and analytics. Analysis - Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses - Report on breakeven points by products, work centers, and factories - Report on margins by product and division - Report on periodic variance and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances - Analyze Capital budgeting requests - Perform cost accumulation tasks as a member of the target costing group

职位要求

	- Bachelor Degree in Financial or Accounting From Collage. - 3+ years of accounting/finance experience, or 5+ years experience in manufacturing industry. Also, a proper degree, as well as excellent analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multi-department team. Also helpful to have experience manipulating large databases. - Must have excellent organizational skills. - Fluent in English and Computer Skill.
