	Vacancy Type: Work Experience:1 Age: Report to : Marketing Unit Manager Short-List Date : 26-03-2010 DUTIES : - Follow up the evolution of competition, client needs, and client satisfaction and complaint about existing products. - Develop standard and specific questionnaires for market survey. - Train questionnaires and protocol to field interviewers. - Conduct and monitor data collection at fields. - Conduct a necessary focus group with other operation staffs and clients. - Conduct and monitor the data entry and produce data output for analysis.

职位要求

	Technical qualification - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Marketing or related fields. - At least one- year experience in marketing research and promotional works. - Be very good at writing and speaking English. - Knowledge of using statistic program (SPSS, Sphinx, QM..) Personality qualification - Strongly organizational, interpersonal communication and negotiation skill. - Honest, hard working, healthy, high responsibilities. - Strongly willing to work in provinces or rural area. Remunerations - Amret provides candidates a competitive salary based on education, prior-experience, and potential. We offer annual salary increase plus other benefits such as annual incentive, 24-hour hospital and surgical and personal accident insurance, provident fund, good working condition with other human resource policies paralleling to Cambodian Labor Law. - The successful candidates will be equipped with numerous training programs and development opportunities in order to enhance her/his competency to be high dedicated & talent employees by corporative colleagues & managements.
