Criteria of Requirements
- High School graduation or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in related fields.
- 18 - 25 years and above
- Human Relation skills. Must be a “people-person” who thrives on public contact.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good oral written English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Sales skills.
- Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset.
- Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure.
- Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.
- Ability to attend to more than one task at a time.
- High standards of customer services.
