Job Description

Trusted (Cambodia) Travel & Tours is a local tour operator based in Siem Reap. We are now seeking for a female staff to work part time as a tour operator from 05:00PM – 9:00PM

- Booking hotels, meals, guides, transports…etc
- Ticketing (Bus, boat and air tickets)
- Welcoming guests
- Checking restaurants and hotels before guest check in
- Ensuring the file (s) is properly controlled
- Assist manager upon request

Jobs Requirement

- At least high school degree
- Good communication skills in speaking Chinese and English
- A high sense of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem solving and decision making capacities
- Friendly and adaptable
- Work flexible hours
- Reliable and honest
