Interested individuals must provide detailed information on their qualifications and experience and must demonstrate – in a covering letter- how they are qualified to provide the required services along with the name of at least three (3) referees with the contact information. An individual consultant will be selected under SIC as described in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Guidelines:Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers May 2004 and revised October 2006 and which can be found at www.worldbank.org.
