Vacancy Type: Work Experience: Age: National Committee for Sub – National Democratic Development Secretariat (NCDDS) Rural Investment and Local Governance Project Additional Financing (RILGP-AF) IDA Grant No. H3260KH REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (Re-advertisement) Finalization of Environmental and Social Safeguards Watch lists. The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a grant for the Rural Investment and Local Governance Project- Additional Financing (RILGP-AF, IDA Grant No. H3260KH from the International Development Association and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract for Independent Individual Consultant for Finalization of Environmental and Social Safeguards Watch lists. For this purpose, NCDD is inviting: Individual Consultants - Resources & Environment, Expression of Interest

职位要求

The assignment will commence in September 2010. The duration of the assignment is estimated at three months with total inputs of 30 person days, which will allow for a response of relevant Ministries and Provinces The assignment has the following objective To ensure relevance, consistency and practicality of the Environmental and Highland People Watch Lists are recognized, as used in the context of C/S Fund projects It will produce the following outputs Concise report summarizing results, any recommendations and proposed modification of the Environmental Watch list Concise report summarizing results, any recommendations and proposed modification of the Highland People Watch list Concise report summarizing any recommendations and implications for the further development and implementation of safeguards work
