- At least Bachelor degree of IT/MIS or equivalent fields
- 2 years in IT Management and 1 year experience in team leading and supervising
- Holding IT and management training or certifications is a plus
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Honest and able to uphold NETPRO Cambodia values and ethics
- Able to lead under pressure and supervise a technical team of 10 members
- Provide friendly, professional and quality customer service
- At NETPRO Cambodia Client’s Sites:
a) Plan and schedule meetings with NETPRO Cambodia clients to assess feedback and put together a corrective action plan for the support team if needed
b) Schedule meetings with NETPRO Cambodia clients to assess their IT/MIS needs
c) Occasionally provide input in system-level support, system administration, system backup and restore planning, troubleshooting and repair (both hardware and software) at client offices
- Technical knowledge requirements: Microsoft Windows Client and Server, Linux Administration, Vmware and Microsoft Virtualization, PC and Server hardware, CISCO technology and SOHO network equipments
- Willing to learn new technology and computer skills
- Play an important role in NETPRO Cambodia management team
