- At least three years of formal education in Social Sciences or Management. Master’s degree in area related to Agriculture, Livelihoods, public Health or Nutrition is preferable.
- Fluency in English and Khmer
- Good facilitation skills, especially in leading training session
- Excellent interpersonal, representational and networking skills and cross cultural sensitivity
- Effective in written and oral communication; be able to speak and write with a standard of English
- Computer literate in Ms World, Ms Excel, Ms power Point, e-mail and internet.
- Familiarity with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s policies and programs aimed at improving food security and nutrition
- Sound understanding of gender dimensions and its impact on health and survival of women and children in the country context
- At least 3 year experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of projects in the public or NGOs sector
- Experience in design and implementation of M&E in development programs
