- Bachelor Degree in HRM, Management or other related field.
- At least 1 years HR and Admin experiences.
- Facilitation, training, employee relations, performance management and change management skills.
- Strong business acumen and customer focus needed.
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
- Computer skills, SAP program would be preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and email).
