Humanitarian Programme Assistant

- Minimum general education of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Basic understanding of community development and humanitarian programme
- Minimum one year of work experience with community at grass root level
- Willingness to undertake extensive travelling and extra working hours if necessary
- Ability to work under pressure in emergency
- Good level of English language (Written, spoken, and reading)
- Ability to prioritize the task effectively
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and e-mail computer software
- Willingness to learn new things
- Commitment to the cause of the poor and to address gender inequality at all levels of activities
- Strong social skills and a proven ability in working with community groups, teamwork, inter-personal sensitivity
