- Efficient, quick and accurate service (Cold drinks…) - Knowing what wines are in stock and are able to explain their characteristics. - Having a knowledge of making cocktail and other kinds of drink - Knowledge of how to correctly pour beer for customers. - Knowing how to open a bottle of wine, present for tasting and pouring. - Knowing when customers want to talk / and when they want to be left alone. - Honesty and integrity in charging correct prices and giving correct change. - Clean and hygienic surroundings and atmosphere.
