We are now looking for suitably skilled candidates to fill the position of 'Vietnamese Customer Support Representative'. Job Description - To provide a high level of customer service in written & spoken Vietnamese using an online chat system. - Respond to customer questions and complaints accurately and quickly. - Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints. - Represent the company image as the first point of contact. - Build long-term relationships with customers. - Communicate clearly and to-the-point so that customers can understand.

职位要求

	Skill Requirements - Fluent Vietnamese skills both spoken and written. - Very Good English skills both spoken and written. - Ability to work accurately under time constraints. - Able to understand the needs of customers. - Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints. - Hardworking, friendly and polite. - Punctual and reliable. - Possesses computer and typing skills.
