Job Description

We are now looking for suitably skilled candidates to fill the position of 'Chinese Customer Support Representative'.

Job Description

- To provide a high level of customer service in written & spoken Chinese using an online chat system.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints accurately and quickly.
- Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints.
- Represent the company image as the first point of contact.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Communicate clearly and to-the-point so that customers can understand.

Jobs Requirement

Skill Requirements

- Fluent Chinese skills both spoken and written.
- Very Good English skills both spoken and written.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints.
- Able to understand the needs of customers.
- Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints.
- Hardworking, friendly and polite.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Possesses computer and typing skills.

HOW TO APPLY

Work during Khmer Public Holidays may be required.

Must be able to work one of the following shifts: Morning - 7am to 3pm
Evening - 3pm to 11pm (we take you home at 11pm)
Night - 11pm to 7am (we collect you at 11pm)

Salary Range: $120 - $300/month (Depending on level of Chinese and experience.)
