We are now looking for suitably skilled candidates to fill the position of English Customer Support Moderator. Job Description - To provide a high level of customer service in written English using an online chat system. - Respond to customer questions and complaints accurately and quickly. - Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints. - Represent the company image as the first point of contact. - Build long-term relationships with customers. - Communicate clearly and to-the-point so that customers can understand.

	Skill Requirements - Fluent English language skills in both reading and writing. - Ability to work accurately under time constraints. - Able to understand the needs of customers. - Has a "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints. - Hardworking, friendly and polite. - Punctual and reliable. - Possesses computer and typing skills.
