Job Description

  • Oversees and leads the strategic planning development, implementation of new recruitment processes and trends to ensure company’s competitiveness in recruiting.
• Communicate with management to get a clear view on hiring needs and company goals.
• Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance.
• Keeping track of recruiting metric (e.g. time to fill and cost-per-hire).
• Spearheads the review and standardization of processes by implementing process management activities to meet service levels and optimize resources.
• Develops and produces reports and metrics which assist in forecasting, measuring, and evaluating talent acquisition activity and quality.
• Research into competitors and market place.
• Identify prospective candidates using variety of channels.
• Present shortlisted candidate profile summaries.
• Research and develop recruiting channel.
• Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
• Participate in job fairs and career events.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of labor legislation / recruitment processes / Employer Branding strategies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Able to deal with sensitive information and keep it discreetly.
• Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written.
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time.
• May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need.
• Must be able to work independently or with a team.
• Advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Systems and Office applications.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents.
• Requires the ability to read, write, and speak the English. Chinese will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Able to multi-task.
