Job Description

  The main role of the Supervisor – Assistant Manager of Administration is to ensure overall smooth administration operations of the Factory .
• Oversee Fine Flooring facilities’ operations regularly and ensure that they are being conducted and run smoothly at all time.
• Oversee and manage overall administration operations including environment and safety of the plant; Develop strategic plan for office level and organizational level.
• Develop administration policies and procedures, and strategies, and oversee the implementation by making use of human resources, materials, including annual performance appraisal in the administration department.
• Work collaboratively and effectively with other departments within FFC plant to make sure all administration policies and procedures are being followed.
• Manage and provide leadership support as well as supervision and direction to the Administration/HR manager and other administration staff.
• Check and approve on the key performance indicator (KPIs) for administration staffs.
• ensure that they reach their KPIs then conduct performance appraisal for the administration.
• Develop administration staff capacity through internal or external training.
• Coach and mentor administration staff to ensure that they can deliver effective and quality, performance.
• Manage overall office operations, negotiating contracts, manage vendor relationships and
• oversee the office operating systems.
• To develop job description Admin personnel, Security guard, cleaners and gardener and Kitchen to ensure carried out their jobs effectively.
• Ensure all office properties are being utilized properly and effectively.
• Oversee the network administration, manage phone and internet system etc. and help in the evaluation of the information systems .
• Liaise with partner institutions, external agencies, government departments (as point of contact person) and distribute the incoming information to related departments accordingly and timely.
• Manage the budget plan of the administration department and oversee its development, review operation price and suggest different cost saving policies.
• Provide Weekly monthly and quarterly progress report to the HR/Admin Manager and Managements team.
• Control Office Stationaries, Officer Supplies and office equipment stock.
• Liaise with external partners, like office vendors, and ensure that he can transfer on time.
• Answer employees’ queries about Administration -related issues.
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Other tasks by Manager.

Job Requirements

  1.Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree
2.Experience: At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the administration field. Language: Khmer, English, (if able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage). 3.Hard Skill: Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
4.Soft Skill: Detail-oriented, Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Problem solving skill, Leadership Confident, self-motivated and work under pressure.
5.Good administration and management skills; and excellent supervisory skill.
6.Ability to solve complex problem. Ability to think strategically; Ability to think critically.
