Job Description

  1. Scope of working:

Corporate Affairs Officer plays a key role in communication within inside and outside of the company. Working closely with public affairs, government relations and internal stakeholders, the corporate affairs officer holds a distinct position as the administrator with influence across all lines of corporate communication.

2. Duties & responsibilities:

- Support colleagues engagement activity;
- Work with communications agency on local and regional media;
- Maintain media distribution lists, media planner and media inquiry log
- Support drafting of press release, Internal announcement etc.;
- Be responsible for tracking responses to external inquires,
- Planning & managing the Corporation’s key events;
- Event management support including managing invites lists, liaising with venue and other suppliers;
- Manage and maintain positive image of the corporation to the external public;
- Provide general administrative support as required;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

  3. Qualification & requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or relevant field;
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in either a public affairs or media relations department;
- Computer literacy of Ms. Office, Word, Power Point and Excel;
- Good in writing and communication skill for both English and Khmer.
- Knowledgeable of other language is an advantage;
- The person should be able to identify key points on any issue and translate these into clear messages;
- Understanding of how the media works, dealing with press inquiries and writing for the media.

4. Working Days and Hours

- Monday to half Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time : 11:00am to 1:00pm
