Specifically, this position will focus in the following areas, in order of priority: Sales Administration -Manage Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), including data input, updating and reporting; -Monitor customer sources for analysis and reporting; -Assist with event organization to raise brand awareness; Prepare price list, payment plan, master plan, sales stacking plan; -Coordinate and follow up with Marketing and Communications department and suppliers in regards to marketing collateral; -Coordinate between customers, lawyers, banks, internal and external stakeholders; -Prepare Sale Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and assist with signing process; -Preparation of property for handover, coordinating with appointed Property -Management company; Coordinate handover including site inspection and witnessing defects; -Arrange meetings and reports as requested by Management; -Undertake administration tasks as assigned by Management. Customer Service -Provide basic product info and serve customers when required; -Assist with customer queries. |
-Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or equivalent; -1+ years of experience in office administration; -1+ years of experience in real estate, construction or similar field; -Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail; -Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-developed presentation skills; -Team player Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that is still in its formative period. -Languages: Fluent in English, competency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred but not essential. Other Details -Working hours: Approximately 40-45 hours per week; primary work days shall be Monday to Friday 9 AM – 6 PM with occasional offsite work. Work outside of official hours will be required on occasions. -Reports to: This position reports to the Sales Manager. Compensation: ULS is offering a competitive base salary commensurate with experience. -Benefits: This position comes with international medical coverage and unlimited holiday/leave.
