Job Description

  • Coordinate sales activities to maximize incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results.
• Coordinate and work closely with branch managers to assist them in their individual and branch targets.
• Conduct industry surveys to identify the latest promotional activities
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials as required.
• Cooperate with related parties for technical and system implementation for service provisioning and financial settlement, as well as ensure the projects or tasks are completed in up to a high standard level.
• Conduct co-creation workshops with BMs to design an offer that addresses customer’s needs, provide training to BMs, and ensure high customer satisfaction are delivered to Preferred Customer.
• Provide full hands support on the matters related to product inquiries, application malfunctions, and other issues shall raise.
• Anticipate and resolve internal hurdles with a sense of urgency and consistency.
• Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
• Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/ Marketing related field is preferred
• Experience in business development, sales marketing advertising, partnership management or similar roles
• Excellent understanding of Key Account Management practice and relationship management
• Project management skills, Communication, and documentation
• Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service, with the ability to deal with people at all levels in complex and difficult situations
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast pace environment
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships as well as influence and negotiate effectively
• Possess a strong and extensive partnership and business network
• Be innovative and think out of the box
• Have an internal drive to achieve goals/excellence/efficiencies
• Intrapreneurship with good networking
